Innovative wood finish with a wax-like character – ideal for the renovation of wooden ceiling panelling!

Osmo Wohnraum-Wachs is suitable for the protection and decorative finishing of wood in indoor areas: wall and ceiling panelling, moulding and beams as well as furniture, doors and children’s toys. It is also suitable for recoating and repairing wood factory finished with Osmo Wohnraum-Wachs White Transparent (7393) or White Opaque (7394) and for recoating old wooden ceiling panelling.

Application

Finished surface in 1 day, 2 coats

  1. First coat on the raw, sanded wood approx. 62 ml/m².
  2. Drying time approx. 3 – 4 hours (normal climatic conditions, 23 °C/50 % rel. humidity). Lower temperatures and/or higher humidity can increase drying time. Ventilate well.
  3. If desired, the dried finish can be smoothened with fine grain sandpaper (P400) or with a Scotchpad before applying the second coat.
  4. Second coat approx. 62 ml/m².
  5. Drying time approx. 3 – 4 hours; see point 2.
